Although the OpenSourceShakespeare reference calls them lines, what they're really counting is "speeches". As you can see at the link, maybe of the lines are actually multi-line. I do not know of a good online resource that actually counts lines themselves.

Counting by lines and not speeches, Puck has 207 lines in the play:
