Can some one please tell me in which william Shakespear's work I can find the quote " Without heart we are only machines". I'm not sure if its from a scene of Romeo and Juliett if so can some one please tell me in which vers i can find this quote.

I think we solved this mystery over on the Shakespeare Geek blog (May, 2010). The quote you mention comes from an Alfa-Romeo car commercial, but we decided that there was some confusion in the marketing copy. They did not intend to suggest that "without heart, we are only machines" was a Shakespeare quote. The whole story is at the link above.
